Dr. Jessica Carlile (she/her) is a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to providing evidence-based psychotherapy and assessment services to adults and adolescents. With a passion for public service, Dr. Carlile maintains active roles in Montana where she grew up and in the Pacific Northwest where she resides. Notably, she currently serves on the Washington State Board of Psychologist Examiners, which aims to regulate the practice of psychology for the protection of the public, ensuring competency for licensure and ethical practice. She also provides clinical supervision and consultation for mental health practitioners learning new treatments.

Committed to delivering exceptional clinical care, Dr. Carlile specializes in evidence-based therapies that alleviate distressing symptoms and enhance overall quality of life. She firmly believes in the dynamic integration of science-based therapy with the art of client-centered, interpersonal processes. Dr. Carlile is warm, collaborative, and direct.

She actively engages in research and training endeavors, presenting her work at international professional conferences and publishing scientific articles. She is a member of professional organizations, serving on special interest groups in Diversity and Inclusion, Telehealth, Continuing Education, and Trauma. Dr. Carlile has worked in diverse settings, including medical centers, Veterans Health Administration, nonprofits, mental health startups, and community mental health. She continues to collaborate with colleagues at academic medical institutions to help develop and improve psychological treatments to better understand the experiences of underserved individuals.
