Working with Elevate Psychology

When working with Elevate Psychology, you can expect to participate in a thorough intake assessment in which your primary needs and goals are discussed. During the first sessions, you will also have the opportunity to start getting to know your psychologist and to ask any questions you may have. Next, you will collaboratively develop a treatment plan that is unique to your specific aims, taking into account your cultural background and identity, as well as your skills and abilities. To ensure that you participate in the most effective treatments possible, Elevate Psychology psychologists use research-supported treatments that target post-trauma reactions, chronic health concerns, depression and mood problems, anxiety and OCD, and gender or sexuality concerns.

Elevate Psychology offers all services via teletherapy (live therapy through an online video connection)—without compromising quality or safety—in order to increase our clients’ access to exceptional care.
